Fun with sushi
5 types of sushi. We will produce a whole host of sushi. Despite popular belief sushi is not all about raw fish! Lesson includes rice cooking and seasoning, vegetable and filling preparation and speciality sushi.
Home cooking Japanese style
Finding family meals with a difference can be a struggle. Let’s try home cooking Japanese style. Meals that can be used for everyday or with a little extra effort can amaze your friends at buffets and parties. This includes a basic sushi roll.
Classes at our premises. 10am – 4pm £50.00 Minimum 4 persons for either class to go ahead. Remember to use our referral scheme if you bring friends. Events at other venues please call for details.

As well as enjoying your meal on completion of your course, you will produce samples to take home.
We also offer a referral scheme on classes at our venue. For 1 – 5 referrals you get £5 and for over 5 you get £8 paid to you on receipt of booking and payment.
